Job Title: Lawn Mowing Specialist

Overview:
Capital Landscapes is seeking a dedicated Lawn Mowing Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining the appearance and health of residential lawns using company-provided equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lawn maintenance equipment independently, with a commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn mowing equipment to maintain grass at specified heights.
- Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls for a clean finish.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning before and after use.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks according to schedule.
- Assess lawn health and report any issues such as diseases or pest infestations to management.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and conduct on the job.
- Provide excellent customer service, respecting property and privacy of clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping required.
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results.
- Good physical condition and stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
